The procedure involves the following steps :

First, you need to raise a change request on the website. Every change request can be viewed on the dashboard then you get an e-mail notification on your change request.

Once HOD’s approve the idea, your plan will be recommended for implementation. There will be an implementation team and management of change(MOC) committee team to decide on appropriate requests.

After a change is planned and scheduled, the change request is set to a status of Scheduled for Review. The change manager or change coordinator has the opportunity to review change plans, schedules, and so on, before moving the change to the Implementation Approval phase.

Then goes a safety review process related to new changes. your new recommendations will be executed provided a certificate that the change management is approved
